We design, train and put into production vertical AI agents for sales, customer support, documents and operations. Not conference demos: systems that run, get measured and pay for themselves. For SMEs and public bodies, full remote from Italy.
AI is not one thing. Knowing which level you are working at changes everything: complexity, cost, ROI, risk.
It answers, it does not act: no tools connected. Useful for recurring questions, and almost always the starting point.
It performs tasks with real tools: searches the CRM, sends email, writes to a database, books an event.
Several agents that decide, verify and hand over to one another. They orchestrate entire processes.
We do not build "generic AI". We go vertical on high-volume processes with clear rules, where an agent can be measured and make a difference.
Inbound lead qualification, scoring, CRM sync, notifications to the human rep. The agent filters, the human closes.
First-contact triage, answers to recurring questions, routing to the right team. It cuts response times and frees people for the hard cases.
Data extraction from invoices, contracts and PDFs. Classification, summaries, structured output ready for your back office.
Orchestration across your business tools. Workflows that decide, check and verify. More than Zapier, less than a custom enterprise integration.
No big bang. No "we will deliver your AI in six months". We work in short iterations, with an agent running alongside your team before it takes over a task.
We map the process, the data you already have, the tools in use and the constraints (GDPR, compliance, hosting).
The agent sits beside the human and suggests answers and actions. We measure accuracy before go-live.
Prompt tuning, eval set, integration, gradual rollout from shadow to auto mode.
Quality monitoring, cost per call, latency. Weekly or monthly tuning.
Numbers from the Gestione Pagine network — search, social and campaigns. Aggregated, verified, rounded down.
Conversational agent for lead qualification on Instagram DM, WhatsApp Business and web chat. It extracts four scoring fields, offers an audit and routes to the right channel. Structured JSON output, human fallback always on, supervision via Telegram.
Not slides: systems in production, with real numbers. Inside each card, how we built it.

For over ten years I have been building digital products and editorial networks. Agentic AI Agency is the Gestione Pagine S.R.L. business unit dedicated to AI agents and agentic systems. We work full remote from Italy, in English and Italian, with SMEs and public bodies.
The principle behind our work: the agents we build must be sustainable and decisive, and do better than the human alternative on a specific task. Otherwise we do not put them into production.
Tell us who you are and your idea in two lines. We assess the fit and get back to you. No sales pitch.
